About Denver Tile Installer

A small crew doing careful work in Arvada and the Northwest Denver metro.

What We Do and How We Do It

Denver Tile Installer handles tile work for homeowners and businesses across Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Westminster, and Northwest Denver. The scope ranges from a single kitchen backsplash to a full master bathroom gut-and-retile, and the approach is the same either way: assess the substrate, do the prep that the project actually needs, set the tile correctly, and leave the surface looking like it was always meant to be there.

Our small crew works with ceramic, porcelain, slate, marble, terrazzo, mosaic, and patterned tile. We are comfortable with large-format slabs that require back-buttering and a properly flattened floor, and equally comfortable with intricate patterns like herringbone or Moroccan fish-scale that demand precise layout work. The material does not change the standard.

Tile in Colorado has specific demands. The Front Range climate runs dry for months at a time, which affects grout curing and long-term joint integrity if the wrong products are used. Temperature swings between seasons put real stress on adhesive bonds, especially in unheated spaces like garages or covered patios. We factor that in when we select materials and when we schedule work.

What Matters to Us

Honest estimates. We write down what we are going to do, what materials we will use, and what the job will cost before we start. If something changes once the walls are open or the old floor is up, we call you before we proceed.

Clean sites. Tile work creates a lot of dust and debris. We bag and remove it at the end of each day. Your home stays livable while we work in it.

Straight answers. If a layout you have in mind is not going to look right in your specific space, or if a material you saw online is not suited for a wet application, we will say so. It saves everyone time.

Where We Work

Arvada

Our home base. We work in the older ranch homes along Grandview and the newer builds near Ralston Creek regularly.

Wheat Ridge

Mid-century bungalows and split-levels along 38th and Kipling. Tight bathrooms, older plumbing chases, and floors that need careful leveling before tile goes down.

Westminster

Larger homes near Standley Lake and the Promenade. Open-plan living areas with big-format floor tile and master baths that benefit from slab-look porcelain.

Northwest Denver

Berkeley, Tennyson, Sunnyside. Older homes with original hardwood or vinyl that homeowners are replacing with tile, and kitchens that deserve a backsplash worth looking at.
